With over 25 years of experience in the garment and textile industry, Mohammed Nasir is the visionary behind Luxe Sourcing. He began his journey in 1997 and has since played a pivotal role in shaping the modern ready-made garment (RMG) landscape of Bangladesh.

Mr. Nasir has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) five times, and served as Vice President from 2015 to 2019. Through his leadership, he has contributed significantly to policy reform, compliance development, factory modernization, and international trade relationships.

Known for his sharp business insight and unwavering commitment to ethical sourcing, Mr. Nasir has earned respect as both an industry leader and a mentor. His strength lies in bridging global brand expectations with local manufacturing expertise — ensuring every product is made with integrity.



A NEW GENERATION WITH A GLOBAL VISION

As the second-generation steps into leadership, Mohammed Shabab Nasir brings a fresh energy and global outlook to Luxe Sourcing. A graduate of Western Sydney University, he returned to Bangladesh in December 2024 with the goal of expanding the company’s capabilities for a fast-changing global market.

At just 25 years old, Shabab is passionate about digital transformation, sustainable innovation, and building stronger brand connections. He brings a modern understanding of fashion retail, consumer behavior, and data-driven operations — positioning Luxe Sourcing to serve the next wave of global brands with agility and intelligence.

Together, the leadership of Luxe Sourcing reflects both deep-rooted industry knowledge and forward-thinking vision — ensuring that we stay relevant, reliable, and responsible.

With an MSC from the University of Chittagong, our Director brings a powerful combination of academic rigor and practical industry experience to Luxe Sourcing. His career journey began at Hanjin Shipping, one of the world's leading maritime logistics companies, where he developed deep expertise in international trade flows and supply chain management—knowledge that proves invaluable in optimizing garment sourcing and export operations. As Chairman and CEO of Galaxy Builders Limited, Nahar Corporation, and Happy Trading Corporation, he has demonstrated exceptional capability in managing multiple ventures while maintaining operational excellence across diverse industries. His leadership philosophy centers on creating collaborative value and building sustainable business relationships.

With extensive experience in fabrics and textiles, combined with his logistics background, he brings a comprehensive understanding of the ready-made garment industry. He excels at bridging global brand expectations with local manufacturing expertise, ensuring that quality, compliance, and efficiency remain at the forefront of every partnership. His pragmatic approach to business development and commitment to ethical practices strengthens Luxe Sourcing's mission to represent Bangladesh with integrity on the global stage.
